These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations and tourism services purchased through Pearls of Anatolia Travel and our website https://pearlsofanatolia.com.
Pearls of Anatolia Travel is operated by Century Balonculuk Havacılık Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, based in Göreme, Cappadocia, Türkiye.
By making a reservation through our website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the applicable cancellation conditions.
2. Our Services
We provide and arrange tourism services in Cappadocia, including tours, activities, hot air balloon flights, airport transfers, workshops and other travel-related experiences.
Some services may be operated directly by Pearls of Anatolia Travel, while others may be provided by licensed or authorized third-party service providers.
3. Reservations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including name, contact information, number of participants and any information required for the selected activity.
A reservation is considered confirmed after the customer receives a booking confirmation or other confirmation from Pearls of Anatolia Travel.
Customers should review their confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed on the relevant tour or activity page or during the reservation process.
The applicable price is the price confirmed at the time the reservation is completed.
Prices may change due to availability, season, supplier pricing or other operational factors. Any later price change will not affect an already confirmed and fully paid reservation unless the customer requests a change to the booking.
5. Payment
Payments may be processed through secure banking or authorized payment service infrastructure.
Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect information transmitted during the reservation and payment process.
Depending on the service and payment method, full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Unless different conditions are clearly stated for a particular service, customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled starting date and time of the service.
Eligible cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service and no-shows are generally non-refundable.

7. Weather and Safety
Certain activities in Cappadocia, particularly hot air balloon flights, depend on weather conditions and official safety authorization.
Safety decisions made by the relevant authorities, operators, guides or service providers must be respected.
If a weather-dependent activity is officially cancelled and cannot be provided, customers may choose an alternative available date where possible or receive a full refund for the cancelled activity.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting or pickup location at the stated time and following reasonable safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, operators or activity staff.
Customers must inform us before booking if a participant has any condition, mobility limitation or other circumstance that may affect safe participation in an activity.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that they meet any age, health, clothing or participation requirements clearly stated for a particular activity.
9. Children
Unless a particular tour or activity has different age restrictions or pricing, children aged 3 years and under may participate free of charge where the relevant service permits.
Certain activities may have mandatory minimum-age or safety restrictions. In particular, participation requirements for hot air balloon flights and other safety-sensitive activities may be determined by the operator and applicable regulations.
Any specific child policy displayed on the relevant activity page will take precedence over this general provision.
10. Changes to Services
Itineraries, pickup times, routes or activity schedules may occasionally need to be changed because of weather, traffic, safety considerations, official restrictions or operational circumstances.
Where a material change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and provide an appropriate alternative where possible.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
Some tours, transportation services and activities may be fulfilled by independent service providers.
Pearls of Anatolia Travel takes reasonable care when arranging these services. The actual operation of a third-party service remains subject to the provider’s operational and safety requirements and applicable law.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, prices, photographs and availability information accurate and up to date.
Photographs are provided for general representation. Minor differences in vehicles, routes, venues, equipment or other operational details may occur.
13. Privacy
Personal information provided during reservations or enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell customers’ personal information.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
