1. General Cancellation Policy
Pearls of Anatolia Travel understands that travel plans may change. Unless otherwise specifically stated on the relevant tour or activity page, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled starting date and time of the service.
2. Cancellations More Than 72 Hours Before the Service
Cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the reservation.
3. Cancellations Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
If a specific tour, activity or promotional offer has different cancellation conditions, those conditions will be clearly stated during the reservation process and will apply to that booking.
4. Cancellations by Pearls of Anatolia Travel or the Service Provider
If a tour or activity is cancelled by Pearls of Anatolia Travel or the relevant service provider due to operational reasons, safety concerns or other circumstances preventing the service from being provided, customers will be offered, where appropriate:
- An alternative date,
- An equivalent alternative service, or
- A full refund for the cancelled service.
5. Weather-Dependent Activities
Certain Cappadocia activities, particularly hot air balloon flights, are dependent on weather conditions and official safety authorization.
If a weather-dependent activity is officially cancelled and cannot be provided, customers may choose an alternative available date where possible or receive a full refund for the cancelled activity.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated as soon as reasonably possible and returned through the original payment method.
After a refund has been processed, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider.
7. Changes to Reservations
Requests to change the date, time or other details of a reservation should be made as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and the conditions of the relevant tour, activity or service.

9. Important Information
By completing a reservation, the customer acknowledges the cancellation conditions applicable to the selected service. Where a particular service has special cancellation conditions, the conditions displayed for that service at the time of booking will take precedence over this general policy.
