Booking terms
Lunch, museum entrance fees and guiding are included in Red, Eco Green, Deluxe Green and Mix. Ask which guide languages are available for your date.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the service, unless specific conditions apply. Children aged 0–3 are free where participation is permitted; activity restrictions still apply.
Eco: panoramic Ihlara visit without hiking. Deluxe: approximately 3 km Ihlara hike and Selime Monastery. Both include Kaymaklı.
Routes, pick-up times and inclusions are confirmed for your date. Tell us about mobility needs and all children’s ages.

Is my enquiry a reservation?
No. Booking is confirmed only after completing the agreed steps and receiving our confirmation.
What if a balloon flight is cancelled?
If a weather-dependent activity is officially cancelled and cannot be provided, choose an available alternative date or a full refund for the cancelled activity.
How do I pay?
We provide the available payment instructions with your confirmed quotation. This enquiry form does not collect card details.
