Professional photography
For a sunrise session, keep your pickup time flexible: daylight changes with the season. Balloons depend on flight conditions and are not guaranteed in your photos. Ask what happens to the session if balloons do not fly, and whether you receive original files as well as edited images.
Flying dress photoshoot
Choose the dress and size before the day, and ask whether rental is included. Wear comfortable shoes for walking between locations and bring an extra layer for the early morning. Confirm a private changing space and whether an assistant helps with the fabric.
Guided cycling tour
Choose by riding ability, not just by the photographs. Ask about route distance, elevation, surface, breaks and support. Confirm the bicycle type, helmet, sizing and pickup. A regular bicycle and an electric bicycle are different options; do not assume an e-bike is included.
Wine tasting
A dedicated tasting is separate from a short tasting stop on a sightseeing tour. Confirm which wines and how many samples are offered. Food is not automatically included. Agree transport in advance so nobody in your group needs to drive after tasting.
Pottery-making course
A demonstration and a hands-on course are different experiences. Ask how much time you spend at the wheel and what you can make. Your piece may need drying and firing; confirm collection timing, delivery options and any shipping charges before promising to take it home the same day.
How to fit an experience into your trip
Fit one experience into a free morning or afternoon instead of adding several to a full sightseeing day. Send your date, hotel, number of adults, children’s ages and preferred language. We confirm supplier availability, final price, duration, inclusions and cancellation terms; sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
