Routes, pick-up times and inclusions are confirmed for your date. Tell us about mobility needs and all children’s ages.

Is my enquiry a reservation?
No. Booking is confirmed only after completing the agreed steps and receiving our confirmation.
What if a balloon flight is cancelled?
If a weather-dependent activity is officially cancelled and cannot be provided, choose an available alternative date or a full refund for the cancelled activity.
How do I pay?
We provide the available payment instructions with your confirmed quotation. This enquiry form does not collect card details.
