5. Prices and Currency
The applicable price is displayed on the relevant tour or activity page or during the reservation process.
The final amount payable will be shown before the customer completes the payment.
6. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed after successful payment, where payment is required, and after the customer receives a booking confirmation from Pearls of Anatolia Travel.
Customers should check their booking information and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Unless different conditions are clearly stated for a particular service, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled starting date and time of the service.
Eligible cancellations will receive a refund according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
8. Payment Problems
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, customers should verify their card information and contact their card-issuing bank if necessary.
A failed or declined payment does not automatically confirm a reservation.
9. Fraud Prevention
For the security of our customers and our business, transactions may be subject to security and fraud-prevention checks.
Where reasonably necessary, additional information may be requested to verify a reservation or transaction.
